Nurse Injector – Founder of Fitzy Shades MedSpa
Diane Gibson started Fitzy Shades MedSpa in 2021 after 23 years in the nursing industry. While working as a nurse, Diane developed a strong passion for the aesthetic industry after seeing how cosmetic enhancements can empower people.
As a working mom and wife herself, she dabbled in many products and procedures trying to balance caring for her family, while remaining focused on looking and feeling her best.
After seeing others thrive from cosmetic enhancements and seeing the difference it made for her personally, she decided to bring her experience to the MedSpa world and Fitzy Shades was born.
Diane specializes in cosmetic injections, skin rejuvenation and non-surgical full body treatments. She is also a Professional Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer, specializing in safe and effective laser treatments for skin of color.
When she is not at Fitzy Shades, you’ll find Diane at home with her 3 children, her husband Val, and a furry family member named Diva. As a devout Christian, Diane enjoys any opportunity to enhance her clients aesthetically while encouraging to them to enhance their spiritual development where true beauty lies. While in her spare time, Diane enjoys music, dancing, shopping, daydreaming, spending time with family, and the outdoors!

She is known for her precise, technically driven approach and strong focus on measurable results — providing structured, clinically guided care with consistent skin improvement over time.

Mia is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Professional with extensive experience in advanced corrective skincare. Mia is highly results-focused and detail-oriented, designing thoughtful, customized treatment plans that address skin concerns at the root. She’s especially loved for her commitment to education and emotional comfort — creating a calm, grounding treatment experience where every client feels seen, heard, supported, and genuinely cared for while receiving advanced clinical care.
