Thank you for choosing Fitzy Shades MedSpa in Prosper, TX! We are excited to welcome you in to our spa. Before visiting, please take a moment to ready through the information on this page.

Understanding and adhering to our policies and procedures will ensure you get the most out of your time with us. If you have any questions about what you see here, please contact us.

Reservation Fee

All guests will be required to secure their appointment time by providing a deposit of half the total cost of your scheduled treatment. All deposits are non-refundable. When you arrive for your appointment as scheduled, your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your deposit.

No Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional values are only valid during the month and/or timeframe the promotion is running. Monthly promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offer.

Refunds

Products – We will allow for a full refund of any unopened product purchased within 7 days of purchase. Products returned opened after 7 days of purchase but before 30 days may be exchanged for new product(s).

Services – There are no refunds provided on services performed.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Additional Guests Including Children

Due to the size and intimate atmosphere of our space, we will only allow clients receiving treatments in the treatment area. Please do not bring children to your appointment.

Canceling Memberships

For membership program members, annual membership fees are non-refundable. Once a client pays for their membership, the offers associated with the membership program can be used for up to 12 months. If client opts not to use them, there is no refund. If you’d like to cancel your membership before it renews annually, please let us know one month prior to renewal.

Health & Wellness

Because we work so closely with our clients, it is important for you to reschedule if you are not feeling well or sick. There will be a one-time courtesy cancellation for clients that are unable to come in due to illness (other emergency) that weren’t able to provide 24-hour notice.
